Today, I terribly miss someone so dear to me…
We just lost it because of how complicated things were.
It seems like it was never meant to be,
But even if…
I could still feel the touch of his lips,
Brushing through my sunkissed skin.
The longing is painstaking,
But it needs to be hidden…
The gods can see what’s beneath my veins,
The name it carries as it pumps blood into my heart.
The yearning keeps me awake,
Like a ghost haunting my inner senses.
An unreachable goal,
Slowly tearing down my soul.
The sight of you makes me shiver,
I want to touch you,
Because today i terribly miss you,
And probably…
until the next few days.
