Breathe out!!!
Oh… when will this freaking pegging end? I’m so sick and tired of monitoring calls… month and month it’s the same people. Same mistakes, same areas for improvement. Same shit! Sometimes even outside work I auto peg people may it be in English or Tagalog. Even when I hear the mass (for cryin’ out loud!) or when I watch tv. It’s 3:10 am, 2 more teams to monitor out 6 teams (a whopping total of 116 agents!!!) FREAK.
Today I am exhausted.

there are people out there who think that everything is all about correct pronunciation, correct use, and the right grammar… at least gurl… we have other talents to be proud of. *bleh!*
Maybe one day, we will puke PEGGING and think of another job which is more self fulfilling… WEB DEVELOPING!!! hehe

yeah… i’m thinking of WEB DESIGNING for a change… at least there’s a BIG challenge in that field. kasi i think if i keep on doing this job i will become “mentally challenged” hehehe… konti nalang malapit na ang 13th month pay and it’s time… u’re ryt cookie… our minds are stagnant and this company we’re at SUCKS!!! the PAY sucks and the account sucks!!! everyday when we listen to calls, it’s making me forget what is past and present tense!!! waaaaah…..
